SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting Angela's Home Décor, and for shopping with us!

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

WE SHIP WITHIN CANADA ONLY.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

SHIPPING METHODS

You have 3 choices when you place your order:

(1)  Pick you order up - no shipping cost involved; we simply gather your order and hold it for your pickup.

(2)  Canada Post (regular mail) - Canada Post will deliver your package; delivery times are dependent on Canada Post's service.

(3)  FedEx Courier - regular delivery (not overnight), with estimated delivery date to vary depending on your location but usually 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery costs will vary, depending on the size of your parcel and your chosen delivery method.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.  The tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Angela's Home Décor is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  We recommend you retain all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship internationally; we ship only to Canadian addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item(s) you purchased is(are) defective.  If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 1-902-752-2225 with details of the product and defect. 

 

You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect.  If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
