Frequently asked questions

How can I change my shipping address?


By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it, if you need to.




How do I track my order?


Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving them. When your order is shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information.




Do I have the option to pick my order up at the store, instead of having it shipped?


You sure do! Simply select the PICK UP option on the checkout page. An email exchange with you will take place, so we can arrange a time for you to pick up your order.




Should I select Canada Post shipping, or FedEx?


Just depends how quickly you want to receive your order. And of course, the amount you want to pay for shipping.




Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?


Yes you can! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed to make payments through PayPal. Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by PayPal. After you make your PayPal payment, we will receive payment and order notification and process your order.
